Draft. This text is a starting template and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. Items in orange still need to be filled in.
Agreement
These terms apply to the Nodrel website and to any Nodrel service you use. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use Nodrel on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
The service
Nodrel provides infrastructure for building on the Solana blockchain. This includes RPC access, developer APIs, real-time data and transaction tools.
The service is in development. Features may change, pause or end while we build it, and we will try to give notice of large changes.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your account details and API keys private. Activity that uses your keys counts as your activity.
Tell us right away if you believe a key has been exposed so we can revoke it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Nodrel for anything that breaks the law or harms other people.
- Try to get around rate limits or access controls.
- Overload the service on purpose or interfere with other users.
- Resell access to Nodrel without our written permission.
We may suspend access that puts the service or its users at risk.
Fees
Access through the waitlist is free while the service is in development. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown to you before you are charged.
Blockchain transactions
Transactions on Solana are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by Nodrel. Nodrel does not hold your private keys or your funds.
Simulations, fee estimates and status data are provided to help you. They are not a guarantee that a transaction will succeed or land at a given time.
Intellectual property
Nodrel and its logo belong to [legal entity name]. You may use the brand assets on the Brand kit page to refer to Nodrel, following the guidance there. Your code and data remain yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent the law allows, Nodrel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost funds or lost profits, that come from using the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nodrel after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
